Help me find some colleges with good ROI and nice placement under 20-25 lacs with hostel for cse and somewhere where admission is guaranteed or and entrance test taken online (not ready for another entrance exam physically, I'm not made for it).

Thoughts on Kalinga university

Hey! I'm a 12th dropper with 68% and I've performed really bad in all the entrance exams,so bad that I won't even get any college.

I saw Kalinga university, talked to a few people there they seemed very convincing and admission there is guaranteed no matter what so I was happy plus it was in my budget

Let me know how it is and if it's smth I can adjust with or not or tell me alternative colleges that don't really take a physical test nor require any high percentage in 12th under budget like 20-25 lac for 4 year btech with college but it should be good and smth where admission is guaranteed.
