Device not connecting with PC

When I connect my CAMEO 4 to my Windows PC, the device is not connecting properly. At first, the device was not detected in Silhouette Studio; I thought it might be a connection or Windows issue. Then I connect it to another PC, and the same thing is happening. In Device Manager, it says, Device Description Request Failed and Silhouette Studio can't detect any connected device.

I was cutting a few pages, and then the PC was not detecting the device suddenly.

Misalignment in cutting.

I am cutting in A4 sticker paper with CAMEO 4. the stickera that are in the top of the paper cuts almost perfectly but those in the bottom have misalignment issues.

I'm not using a cutting matt. Using a cutting matt like plastic sheet securing with cello tape. I added registration marks in the A4 paper.

Is the issue because of cutting matt or something else?

I tried kiss cut with only feeding the A4 sticker paper, same thing is happening.

Waterproof printing in EPSON L130 ?

I am using the EPSON L130 with the original ink that comes with the printer. I mostly print stickers with this. I tried vinyl sticker paper with the printer, but the ink does not dry. It stays on top, and when I rub with finger, the ink comes out.

How can I solve this thing? Are there any other types of ink that I should use?

Need help making waterproof stickers

I have an inkjet printer. It is an Epson L130. I am making stickers with this, but as I am using sticker paper, it's not waterproof. To make it waterproof, I tried a few ways, but all of them failed. First, I used vinyl paper, but the ink stays liquid on the paper and can easily be removed by rubbing. I also used photo-top laminations with sticker paper, but somehow the water managed to reach the paper from the side and eventually destroyed the sticker. I'm actually looking for something that can be washed. For example, using stickers on a water bottle.

Machine not detecting registration mark when I set inset to lowest.

In the default registration mark settings, it takes a lot of space and cannot add many stickers on one sheet. So I decided to set the registration mark inset to 1 cm. But when I do that, the machine does not detect the marks and fails to cut. I tried it several times, and every time it does the same. Moving to the default settings, which is 1.59 cm, fixes the problem. What am I missing, or is it a software issue?

I am using CAMEO 4 with Studio 5 software.

If there is any other way I can fit more stickers, please do let me know.

Cuts are not clean, jagged edged.

I am using Silhouette Cameo4, I bought it used. The previous owner used it over a year, mainly for heat transfer sheers. I tried for sticker paper and this is how the resualt came out. I just want to know is this can be solved by auto blade replacement, or something else.

This is my day one experience with this kind of cutting machine, I never used it before.
