Who here has had twins and a singleton pregnancy?

I know nothing but an ultrasound can confirm twins, but I wanted to ask this anyway as my ultrasound is still 5 days away, i'll be 7 weeks.

My HCG was high, AND initially more than trippling.

14dpo / 9dp5dt : 440
16 dpo/ 11dp5dt : 1428
23 dpo/ 18dp5dt : 23502

I have been pregnant twice before and had morning sickness, but this time I've been bed ridden it's so bad. Even while taking diclectin. Started here and there early on, but hit full force at 5.5 weeks.

I am doing IVF and transferred one euploid embryo but I know they can still split. Just wanted to hear feedback from anyone who has had twins before if their level of symptoms or hcg levels were an early sign. Thanks!!

(edited to add dpo / dpt breakdown)

My PGT-A Igenomix Results Are In! (TW: Positive Results)

Age: 35
AMH: 1.21 ng/mL
AFC: 14-18 at pre-scans
IVF due to 2 first trimester losses and 2 chemicals in 9 months

  • 22 retrieved
  • 19 mature
  • 16 fertilized
  • 15 blastocysts sent for testing

Igenomix PGT-A results:

  • 6 euploid
  • 1 euploid (ploidy non-informative)
  • 1 low level mosaic (monosomy 15, diploid)
  • 1 complex mosaic (Low mosaic trisomy 1 and 20, diploid)
  • 6 anuploid

Just wanted to share my results here for those looking at data. I was told by my doctor that I should expect to do 3 retrievals to achieve enough euploids for 2-3 kids, boy I am greatful he was he wrong! My clinic has treated me for borderline endometritis with antibiotics, doing a re-biopsy and hysterscopy next week before scheduling a transfer next month. Wish me luck!!
