Any tips on how to get better or resources to get better in a competitive setting?

This is a rough draft for a commander deck I’ve built with Alexa as a value engine for me bouncing cheap artifacts and enchantments back to hand with creatures like nurturing pixie. I’m struggling with how to make this more efficient and also win more. The wincon currently is cloud of faeries with shrieking Drake and an etb doubler like panharmonicon to make infinite mana and then infinitely cast cards like baleful strix to draw my whole deck. Any suggestions would be helpful!
