What’s something men are expected to tolerate in relationships that would be considered unacceptable if a woman had to tolerate it?
reddit.comWhat’s something you only understood about your father after becoming an adult?
reddit.com🚨 Alright lads, we’re changing things up
Our sub has grown a lot, so we’re gonna start making it a bit more active and interesting.
Expect more:
• Proper discussions, not just questions
• Relationships, marriage, career, money, family, friendships, life etc.
• Polls, AMAs, hot takes and random bullshit
• Serious conversations that Indian men don’t usually get to have
• Regular threads and better flairs/community organization
Basically, we want this to be a place where Indian men actually hang out and talk, not just post a question and disappear.
We’re also open to suggestions.
Tell us what you want to see more of, what you want gone, and what we should try.
Let’s make this place better together. 🫡
What should be done with the Haryanvi cops who beat up students and assaulted girls in protest?
I’m personally appalled by their behavior and i will make it a point to find and punish these cops if i ever get the legal power to do that.
Not only have they forsaken their oath, they enjoyed brutalizing our young kids.
Who was the strangest kid in your school and what did they do to earn that label?
Keep it fun yet respectful guys.
Do share funny stories from your school times.
What’s the most unhinged reason you’ve rejected someone or been rejected?
reddit.comWhat’s a green flag in women that you think doesn’t get talked about enough?
reddit.comWhat’s a piece of advice given to Indian men that’s actually terrible?
For me:
“Be yourself.”
Brilliant advice… right up until you actually do it.
If people agree with you, you’re confident, authentic and a great guy.
If they don’t, congratulations, you’re now an unemployed incel who hasn’t seen sunlight since the last general election.
Within three replies, complete strangers have reverse-engineered your childhood, relationship history, bank balance, and psychological profile… all from a Reddit comment you spent 30 seconds writing.
It’s fascinating how the internet can turn a disagreement into a full-scale ancestry report.
What’s the biggest lie you’ve told your parents that somehow still hasn’t been exposed?
My parents still believe i passed 12 standard on my own, which isn’t true.
I had contacts in CBSE and i paid someone 25K to get me 33 marks in Accounts, i was gonna fail otherwise as i didn’t even write anything worth 33 marks.
Nobody IRL knows about it till this day apart from my contact and me.
I have suffered a huge loss in my personal life in last 2 days, I can’t vent anywhere else so i will just dump my feelings here.
The last 36 hours have been really hard,
I was working on a deal for few months and finally got the documents signed at 1 PM yesterday and was going home to deliver good news.
When i got a call from a person telling me to come to Hisar ASAP, when i asked them to tell me everything as i’m a few hours away.
They told me that my Tau Ji passed away while working out at around 12 noon, declared deceased at arrival.
He was doing some yoga on a pole and fell on his neck and broke his neck and passed away within the 20 mins it took his friends to rush him to hospital.
He was just 67 and a lifelong bachelor.
When i finally reached at around 4 pm, I had to receive his body and go to our village beside him in the ambulance for an hour.
I spent the whole ride stroking his hair and looking at his face, it really was warm and soft like he is just sleeping.
Only thing was that i couldn’t close his eyes, they would open right back up.
Reached village, and everyone was there.
Lots of people crying and i was just in daze, as i was the closest to a son he had.
I had to sit for an hour doing rituals, carry him to our family’s cemetery and give him the last rights.
Haven’t eaten or slept since then, still feels so surreal.
I think it will take a few months to come to terms with reality and accept the reality.
Life is so fragile, it’s crazy how a single phone call can change everything in your life.
Om Shanti Tau Ji,
Will join you for an evening Tea when i join your world.
I’ve reached the end it seems.
Peripheral nerves are gone, can’t even walk properly, tinge of yellow in eyes.
All of this within last week.
It was a good run of one fifth Vodafone every night since 2020.
Thankfully my girlfriend has agreed to give me her liver given i marry her as a contract.
Don’t know what’s coming forward.
