Hi my ps5 every 5 minutes the fan sound exgange it happen when the room is hot or no air

I replace the liquid metal the ps5 but it still happened but less but when the room is cold or good air the fan exchnge not happen i played arround 7 hours didnt happen.just the air conditor off it happen
And sometime airflow faster and slow

My question

My ps5 slim fan sound increase and back to orginal
This case happened every 5 minutes i clean it and replace thermal paste but it still happend but not loud but when the room is cold dosnt happen
