I’m a student at salahaddin university, i repeated first year due to failing 3 subjects, i redid them and now i have only 1 failed subject and im going onto 2nd year, the question is if or when i do transfer, would UKH allow me to go into second year and carry on that 1 failed subject with me? or would i have to repeat first year all over again? I ask this because im struggling a lot at salahaddin, i am Arab and we have about 100 something students give or take, im the only arab of my year and im struggling a lot because of racism towards me, despite trying to get along with the students and teachers alike, i have come across a few students who were very helpful and im very grateful for but besides that its been quite the struggle, if anyone knows how the transfer would work please do tell you’d be of a lot of help.

my ABS light my traction light and my tire pressure light are all on, none of my gauges are working and my car isn’t turning off

the engine is still on, the start stop button does nothing, this happened suddenly while driving, removing the key fob does nothing, the running voltage is 13.8,

the signals don’t work, the horn works, the headlights aren’t turning off, locking the car and unlocking works, my scan tool doesn’t connect

after disconnecting the battery and turning off the car, when turning the ignition on, the car cannot be started, the lights that are on the dash are the tire pressure light, traction control light, and ABS light, the ethanol and battery voltage gauges work, but the main gauge cluster (rpm, speed, etc) does not move or work or show anything, the indicators managed to work, the fuel pump priming sound isn’t there either

all the fuses are fine

If i transfer from salahaddin uni (2nd year law) to UKH while i’ve carried over 1 subject, would i have to repeat first year at UKH?
