First time reading ACOTAR (after finishing tog)

okay so I just finished TOG and I'm still in withdrawal from that but thought reading acotar could be a good new series especially with the new one coming out. How long does it take for it to get interesting 😭😭 I'm like halfway through ch. 9 and I'm not emotionally attached to anyone yet lol so im wondering when that happens

Not reading assassins blade?

I was dumb and didn't read the assassins blade third when I read tog. I'm in a major post KOA slump and have tried to start reading assassins blade, but I'm just soo torn after KOA's ending. I'm debating if i should leave assassins blade for my first re read so I still have an element of surprise. I feel like I'll enjoy tog even more the second time if I have some more surprises. Thoughts?
