Foreigner visiting Helsinki this summer — legal advice about harassment/stalking situation?

Hi everyone. I’m a foreigner and I’ll be visiting Helsinki this summer, and I’m looking for advice about how to act legally in Finland if a harassment/stalking situation escalates.
Last year I was in Finland and talked online with someone for around two weeks. We never dated officially, never met in person, and were never in a relationship. When I told them I didn’t want to continue talking because their behavior felt extremely jealous and controlling, they reacted badly.
Since then, I’ve blocked them, but they have continued trying to contact me through multiple social media accounts, contacted my brother and friends, and I’ve received login attempt notifications connected to my accounts. Before I blocked them, they also sent messages saying things like “we will meet again when you’re here” and “I will know when you’re here.”
I’m honestly worried because I’ll be visiting Helsinki this summer. They are also foreigners living in Finland, not Finnish citizens, and I don’t know how these situations are usually handled legally there.
I mainly want to know:
What should I do legally if they approach me or continue contacting me while I’m in Finland?
Can harassment/stalking be reported easily as a visitor/tourist?
Is there a non-emergency number or service I should contact in advance?
Should I keep screenshots and evidence of everything?
I’m not trying to publicly accuse anyone or create drama — I just want to understand how to stay safe and handle things correctly under Finnish law if something happens. Thank you :)

How to survive 1.30 minutes layover

Hello! I am traveling to Barcelona with Turkish Airlines, i have a connection from Istanbul to Barcelona of an hour and a half, last time it was so bad finding what to do because no one speaks English and are very rude in general. If you guys have any tips on how not to get lost would be nice:)
(I also injured my foot recently so idk if i should ask for wheelchair service, i don’t want to look like a lazy person but im scared of the pain when walking long distances)

Thanks in advance

niche activities in Tallinn

Second time in Estonia and this time I actually want to live it instead of just doing tourist stuff :) (like more cool tourist stuff i u get what im saying)

I’ll be staying longer in Tallinn with my sister, so I’m looking for niche/local recommendations anywhere in Estonia — hidden hiking trails, picnic spots, lakes, forests, abandoned places, techno/rave parties, cool cafés, saunas, small towns, weird museums, cozy places, local food, nature spots, literally anything with a good vibe.

What are some plans you guys recommend? thankss
