Pretty sure she’s catching on to my emotions.

I’m in a Depressive state, it happen bout twice a decade for the bad ones. This is her first time with me alone on this stuff. She’s normally very independent, almost defiant but she’s started lying down at the edge of where I’m at and choosing to not go outside.

I’m happy I have a friend but feel bad for giving her something to go through. Didn’t expect this out of her by a mile.

She’s always been cool but guess she’s cooler than in thought.

The stupid green or red checkmarks have ruined critical thinking.

The game with signal is evaluating the reading based upon the scenario you are in. I’m okay with the pass fail idea but even now I’m a slave after 13 years to the green checkmark. And it’s a crutch unless it’s a weird issue where I will pull up my other tools, take out a meter, and use critical thinking. But now sadly I just run the test and if it comes back green, fuck it. I can move on.

I dig deeper when I know I need to. But the checkmark has made me worse at my job.

Thoughts?

This is one of the most negative subs, and frankly it’s warranted.

I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a company that had such high social capital (in terms of fast food) ruin it in such a short period of time. Failing stock, decreasing market share, shuttering stores.

Bang up jobs upper management. You really counted the beans while your company was burning.

Spicy chicken add cheese, double JBC (sometimes had to get a jr cheeseburger and move the patty). It was good while it lasted.

I feel like such an asshole.

I think I’ve corrected it (my behavior) and have seen a marked improvement in my doggo’s behavior.

She’s a former street dog, and also a pyr. So hyper hyper independent and doesn’t care what I say. But she started making a habit of doing her business inside. I didn’t know what to do so I scolded her, but nothing like hitting. Just “bad girl” and showing her the mess. Was trying the stick approach as well and not giving treats as much when she made a mess.

Well it became more of a problem, and then it became a multi week problem. It wasn’t until I realized that every time I was around she would follow me at my ankle bit had her tail straight and down I realized I had fostered an extremely unhealthy relationship with her. Really kinda took be aback and made my think on things.

Decided to just quit the negative attitude to everything. Be nice even when she made me mad, but be nicer when she did good. Started throwing random “cheese parties” where I turn out all the lights and just tear apart two Kraft singles and throw them all around the house for her to hunt down. We are now at our longest spell in almost 2 years without an accident in the house. She literally just gave me a heads up she needed to pee, she had a full bowl of food and wasn’t interested and followed me to the door, let her out and she peed and came back up tail wagging and with lots of pets and praise.

I was an asshole, I sucked. And she responded in kind. Glad we are on better strides and I know we are both happier because of it.

Just posted in case there are any idiots like me wondering why the stick approach isn’t working. No advice to keeping them from roaming lol. Still haven’t figured that one out and she’s a bit of a senior.

Dog boarding that isn’t horrible?

Would be weary of Dogtopia in Nolensville. Had to leave for a week and the pooch was covered in piss as well as everything we left her. Not going to lie i’m low key fuming. Even payed for the “upgraded room” which I assume is just them taking more of our money to not tend to the dog.

Is there any half decent place with folks who give two shits? Willing to pay to have the dog actually looked after better than farm raised livestock.

Blown capacitor was wired incorrectly according to the wiring diagram.

So capacitor blew after 5 years. Went to replace the capacitor and last tech had yellow wired to the Common, blue to herm, and brown to fan. But diagram showed yellow to herm and blue to common. Replaced it as the last tech had it wired, it’s running and blowing cold air, but also blowing cold air at the outdoor unit.

Is there any valid reason this should be wired that isn’t the same as the diagram?
