I can't stand the default low contrast small font look. I want my custom settings but I can't find where to set it up

I made this as a sort of exercise, to see how I'll manage. Let's say it's for a close up render, as close as possible to reference - Peerless Assassin 120.

I started with Spline shape, converted to Edit Patch and adjusted points positions, bezier and applied Shell to create the blades. Then I took the edges and manually tried to match them to cylindrical shape, then radial symmetry + subdiv to finish.

I think my way works, for rendering but it's not perfect and I hate how bad my topology is. What would you guys do?
