Has anyone here got the Velocity Escape Plus? Is it worth the $95 annual fee?

My Velocity Platinum is expiring and I’m considering downgrading to the Escape Plus.

For those who have it, how have you found it? Or have you considered/switch to another card instead?

I'm fairly comfortable in my current role, but I could probably earn more elsewhere and potentially get better secondary parental leave benefits (currently only 2 weeks).

With all the discussion around AI, restructures, and redundancies, I'm not sure whether it's worth pursuing a higher paying role or staying where things feel stable.

What are others doing in the current market?
