How did Richard Harrow acquire a suppressor for his Enfield m1917 rifle?

In the season 4 finale, Richard Harrow uses a silenced sniper rifle and mistakenly shoots Chalky White's daughter in the restaurant.

I'm fascinated with Harrow's methodical and disciplined weapon selection depending on the job, and when I first saw Harrow with a silenced Colt 1903 pistol earlier in the season, I thought no way, that technology was commercially unavailable at the time. Until I learned the OSS (Early CIA) used these suppressors and manufacturers would even sell them to the public.

But as far his rifle goes, no such case exists, and although this series is pretty damn accurate when it comes to the weapons at the time, where could have acquired a rifle suppressor for this Enfield?

How can I maximize the immersive experience on my first play-through

When it comes to horror games, I am someone who wants the full immersive experience of a first-time play through. Often times I find that a few simple tweaks in the settings can make or break a first time experience. I always err on the side of the making the game as hard as possible and more costly to "die." This forces the player to tread carefully, adding suspense to every action taken.

The number one rule about horror games that I will never break is that they must be played during the night.

Here's what I've done so far (PS4)

Lighting: In game - all the way DOWN. on TV., turn to "movie" settings but turn color down to 40/100 (duller colors look creepier), sharpness to 0. The game is wayyyy too bright, especially during the nights. Turning the brightness all the way down in game while simultaneously adjusting the TV settings slightly is a winning strategy. The game still look incredible while not even that dark.

Audio: Dynamic Range: Full. Headphones "3D" option. SFX 100, Music 30, Dialogue 70. Gunshots sounds REAL and freaker sound effects should overpower any other sounds in the game. Subtitles obviously off for cinematic effect.

Sensitivity: I'm playing on PS4 and I find anything higher than 5 makes me feel like a streamer who's 360 no scoping on the PC. Lower sensitivity = more realistic = harder.

Difficulty: Survival 2. Not bad so far, just make sure to hit your head shots and conserve ammo. This difficulty will obviously take a while but I have the patience of someone who plays all the resident evil games on highest difficulty/lowest brightness.

HUD/Reticle. I was distraught upon finding out you can not remove the reticle/cross hair in game. Playing on survivor difficulty 2 removes most of the other HUD challenges.

Rolling and movement speed. The character moves a little too fast in this game for my liking, and I've never been a huge fan of spamming a roll dive in a game. It reminds me too much of Dark Souls and Elden Ring type movements. Since there's no way to disable this move or decrease the movement speed of the character, I will have to live with it.

What else can I add to enhance the experience?
