Options for a Peds GI tired attending

My wife is a tired attending looking for her next project. She's thought of doing locums for a while. She's also thought of re-directing her career into pharma. Has anyone here changed their career or refocused their energies into something else?

Has anyone here taken off and come back to full-time?

I made controlled buying app called EasyCart

I saw this post a couple months ago and decided to do something about it. I built an app to help control how orders are placed. Basically, caregivers receive orders placed by patients and they decide what to buy.

Pretty much how it works:

Admins create a group and add products to a catalog (with photos, prices, and descriptions), or activate Walmart or Amazon. You can control which shop your loved one visits.

Members join with an invite code and browse the catalog like a mini store

Members submit their order with optional discount codes the admin creates

Admins see all incoming orders in a dedicated panel and can mark them as fulfilled

There's also a group messages section so admins can post announcements without needing a separate group chat.

It's available on iOS now. Still early days, but I'm actively building and would genuinely appreciate any feedback — what's confusing, what's missing, what you'd want to see.
