Regretting Gimme

I placed an order with Gimme Care on 8/4. On 8/11 I messaged asking for the status on the order/delivery. The response I received was that the order was approved and currently with the pharmacy and that the delivery period starts from the date of payment confirmation (8/4) with a maximum arrival window of 7-10 business days They said they were prioritizing my order to get it to me as soon as possible and would keep me updated every step of the way. I never received any updates, so on 8/17 I messaged them again telling them I wanted to cancel and wanted a refund of my $498. This rep, a different one than the first, replied that they could confirm that they would escalate this to the pharmacy to verify if the
order could be cancelled and as soon as they have an update they would get back to me within 24 business hours. Again, I’ve had no updates, and considering the tracking status is the same today (8/20) as it was on 8/18 when she replied- showing it’s still pending shipment, I don’t see why I’m not being refunded my money. Honestly this is starting to feel very scammy for what I thought was a legit company. I plan on disputing the charge and contacting the BBB because this is not acceptable. They billed me 15 days ago
and I still have no medicine or even any confirmation that I will soon be receiving my medicine. Are they not required to send it to people by a certain amount of time, or notify the patient if there’s a delay so they can decide if they’d like to get their medicine through another company?

First delivery already worried

I recently placed my first order of tirzepatide after getting semaglutide from a large provider for over a year. Part of my concern was not getting everything already prepared, but I’ve done a lot of research and felt confident. What I didn’t expect was my order to be mailed the way it was. It was three bottles of BAC and two vials of tirzepatide, just in a bubblewrap envelope. It’s 90+ degrees where I live and now I’m worried it’s been compromised. Is this normally how places pack/send their product?

Looking for help on switching

I have been on semaglutide from Ro since December 2024. Everything was going great, for the most part. When I started I was 198 lbs and the lowest I got was 150 (back in August 2025). At that point I was up to 2.125 mg. Sometime during that time I had a terrible episode of stomach issues (while at 70 units). I was so worried it was from the medicine that I started lowering my dose and never got higher than 45 units. Since then I’ve gained back 12 lbs and never made it
to my goal weight of 130 lbs. I’d like to try switching to tirzepatide, which Ro allows, but the cost is $299 a month, and that’s in addition to the $145 fee. Has anyone else successfully switched from one provider to another? Can anyone recommend a more affordable provider? I’m paying out of pocket since my insurance no longer covers it. Thanks!
