Im just curious if this is a symptom but does anyone else have headaches the wont go away with medicine ? for me its the right front of my head and lower left back of my head, I am going to a doctor the 14th for a general check up and will be mentioning it but I was curious if it could be part of this or if its something else I need to worry about now

I went to the doctor and ended up in an ER because of insane heart palpitations and hyper tension and they ran a bunch of tests and they're thinking I have Graves. I dont know what to do and honestly im really upset because 3 months ago I felt like i was having a heart attack and they told me it was just anxiety and sent me on my way, it was the start of all of this and im so frustrated. im on methlmazole but cant take propranolol because it affects my asthma and I feel like now I have to change everything about my life to revolve around this
looking for recipes with lots of fiber, somewhat low calorie and filling !!! ive been struggling bad with binge eating again and need to find some things that won't set me back so much
edit : the only meat i eat is fish the rest is vegetarian
