I really wanna attend but most people say it’s too crowded. I have a decent tolerance to crowds and i expect it to be crowded in July but what about july 13th ? do people leave after some time ? Should I still give it a shot or is it a total waste of money ? videos look really cool.

I wanna go to PDM because i’m a huge disco, funk and house fan, but my friends wanna try solomun bc he’s famous and bc peggy gou will be playing.
Anyone has been to a solomun set ? is it worth it ? Help us decide !
5’8, 75kg vs 78 kg. 2 months into lifting vs 1 year and 2 months into lifting.
I know building muscle takes time but I wanna know if my progress is within a normal range or if i should push myself harder. Any thoughts ?

My leg routine :
- 3 x 10 of 52kg RDLs with dumbbells
- 3x12 of 131kg leg press
- 4x10 of 32kg leg curl
- 4x10 of 36kg leg extension.
Also I have a genetic advantage for glutes, I have to be transparent. But the gym noticeably improved his appearance and shape so i’m happy and proud of the work !

do you know any great organisation that does this ? Ideally something nice and well crafted, but not too expensive either. is 80€ realistic ? If not we can consider something a bit more expensive.
