Hi everyone, I’m currently on tray 3 of 26 and I just got rubber bands 2 days ago. I believe my ortho said I’m getting class 2 &3 placements. My bite with the aligners in feel great but without them….it feelsss sooo horrible and crooked. Is this a “trust the process thing”? When I eat I have 2 teeth that graze against each other but with the aligners in, they don’t graze. I wear my Invisalign religiously for the 22 hrs a day and I always use chewies on my down time. Would love to hear if this is normal or not.

Hi everyone! I’ve been having these weird..idk breakouts if that’s what I should call it. For context I have dry-Normal skin and I’ve been having this texture on my skin for a couple of months. I know they’re small and minuscule and hard to see but there’s little bumps scattered around my lower cheeks. I know I’m lucky but I’ve never had pimples growing up, maybe a few whiteheads every now and then but this is new to me. I’m not sure what it is or how to get rid of it. If anyone would know what it is and what u should use to get rid of it, especially cleansers recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it!! <3
