Those animals need to be removed ASAP. There’s several people in this subreddit who would jump at the chance to give Gracie a loving home, one where if she has an accident on the floor or bumped into something she would not be verbally and emotionally abused.
Just because animals don’t understand English does not make this OK. Tone is everything to an animal; dogs in particular are very sensitive to it. Gracie rolling on her back is not a sign of affection and love Rachel, it’s a sign of anxiety and submission due to your constant verbal aggression and abuse towards her. She’s in survival mode right now and doesn’t know if she’s coming or going.
