You wanna have fun and watch some ridiculous shenanigans. Go to Netflix (or literally "aquire" a streaming source of anime) and watch the newest Ranma 1/2 series. Probably the most trans coded anime out there. Very clearly also has LGBTQ vibes as well. Real boobie if you're a man like myself that doesn't mind the occasional anime titties.

So my partner and I have been looking into building our own tiny home/off grid home. Our state (AZ) requires a lot of inspections and permits in order to build a home. Does any one else have experience building a Tiny home or home in general in AZ and let me know if there were a lot of hoops you had to go through and if it was super expensive for all the inspections.

I am also interested in experiences in other states as we are considering moving to another state that has easier regulations for first time home builders.
