Do you remineralise your purified drinking water and (if so) what do you use?

I'm looking to research the pros and cons of remineralising purified drinking water. I've tested RO filters, with built-in remineralision. But, my daily driver is a 4L water distiller. So, I often add an electrolyte back in.

What do you use? And do you have any recommendations?
