Hi everyone,

I completed all the interview rounds for a Software Engineer role at Qualcomm about 5–6 weeks ago. After the interviews, the recruiter reached out about another opening within the same team and asked me to apply through the careers portal using the Job ID they shared personally. Since then, my application has been showing "In Process."
Whenever I've followed up, I've been told that the process is currently awaiting internal approvals before moving forward.

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

How long did it take for you to receive a final decision?

Is this a normal part of Qualcomm's hiring process, or could it mean my profile is on hold/sidelined?

Would really appreciate hearing about your experiences.
