while at dinner my dad got water down the wrong pipe and while trying to get it down spit and it landed on my face after just eating bread 🫠 i immediately washed my face and stuff and appear to be fine but it would be such a stupid way of getting sick
so i feel like im constantly changing drs from what’s realistic like a better life where i currently live from where i actually really want to go and for some reason that just feels easier. this is probably a blockage i have because im constantly switching, and i could always script to find out about shifting there and go to to a new dr, i just don’t know what to pick. does anyone have any advice or has been in a similar situation?
Haven’t been fully glutened for a long time and was seconds away from breaking that today when I was about to put an apple in peanut butter, noticed a bunch of ingredients, and sure enough, fucking wheat. If you have a Fresh Thyme Market near you, DO NOT GET THIS!
