Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice regarding my BGMI account. My BGMI account was linked to my Facebook account. Unfortunately, my Facebook account was hacked in December 2025, and I permanently lost access to it. Since then, I have also lost access to my BGMI account. Recently, my friends checked my profile and confirmed that someone else is actively using my account. The account is still active, and even the Popularity that was sent to it is visible. The good news is that I have a lot of proof that I'm the original owner: BGMI UID Character name Approximate account creation date Device history Previous login method (Facebook) 30 Google Play UC purchase receipts from March 2022 to September 2025 (and even older receipts if needed) I have already contacted BGMI Support and submitted all the available evidence. Has anyone here successfully recovered a hacked BGMI account in a similar situation? How long did the recovery process take, and is there anything else I should provide to improve my chances? Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
