Been using the P2 motion sensor for about a month now, and it’s just plain garbage. Too many false positives for no reason at all, and the damn firmware hasn’t been updated in forever. Aqara seems to have abandoned this product. Even the old P1 was far superior, though lacking the light sensor, which is why I went with the P2. Unfortunately, even with their app, there’s no way to modify the sensitivity. I have many other products of theirs, but this one is pure unadulterated garbage.

I recently saw a video by YouTuber Benjamin Brandt, who recently did a video on the IRS underpayment penalty. His option number four is one that I have not seen anyone else. Although if it’s true, I think it’s the best I’ve ever heard of.

Basically, you do your Roth conversion whenever during the year, you do not withhold any taxes, so the whole amount can go into the Roth account. Then at the end of the year, do a distribution from your Ira for the amount of money that would get you to the Safe Harbor level, and then withhold 100% for taxes. Since the IRS believes withholdings are received evenly throughout the year, this avoids the underpayment penalty since you didn’t do estimated taxes earlier in the year. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I wonder why I haven’t seen anyone else suggest it ???

I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether I can get to the seven train through the Woodside Avenue entrance that goes through the Long Island railroad station ? With the strike, I know some stations are blocking off certain entrances. I was curious if the Woodside Avenue entrance is still open to get up to the 7th train
