I've just finished the main environment for my next animated short. This time I'm aiming for a warm, storybook-inspired look with painterly lighting and stylized shaders rather than realism. The story takes place in a magical library where a boy is quietly reading before something unexpected happens... I'm still experimenting with the lighting, hair shader, and materials, so any feedback is more than welcome. Thanks for taking a look! 😊

Hey everyone! I’ve been working on a stylized short animation in Blender.

The idea is about a driver who encounters a ghost family trying to get into his car. I wanted to create something simple, funny, and character-focused.

I’m working on the modeling, environments, animation, and lighting myself, and this project has been a great way to improve my workflow.

I’ve started working on a new stylized animation series following the story of a young apprentice witch exploring ancient magic and forgotten places hidden deep within the forest.

Cozy fantasy worlds heavily inspire the project and focus on atmosphere, cinematic lighting, magical environments, potion-crafting, and storytelling through subtle details.

For this first episode, I’m creating a mysterious forest, a cliffside witch cottage, magical spell effects, and a bridge-building sequence using Blender and stylized toon shading workflows.

This is planned as a multi-episode personal project, and I’m really excited to keep expanding the world over time.

Finished a short stylized animation called “The Bread Syndicate”.

I made the whole thing in Blender and experimented a lot with toon shaders, rain FX, cinematic lighting, and noir-style composition. The goal was basically: “What if ducks had a mafia family living around a dark rainy pond?”

Most of the work went into atmosphere and timing rather than dialogue. I wanted it to feel weirdly serious while still being absurd.
