Hello po. Paano po commute from Bagbaguin Valenzuela, yung malapit po bandang Jollibee Caybiga Vista Verde North Caloocan to Bel-Air Makati? Ilang oras po byahe if around 4:30 AM or 5:30 AM aalis (considering din po if maulan)? May bahaing lugar po bang madadaanan? Kinakatakot ko rin kasing bumyahe pag maulan tas baka mastranded if ever.

Tas kamusta naman po byahe pag pabalik if around 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM ang alis? Also po, magkano po pamasahe? Thanks po.

Ewan ko pero grabe si God sakin lately. Noong December 2024, isinama Niya ako sa list of CPALE passers after mag-condi noong October 2023.

Then lumuwas akong Manila to pursue my accounting career, and He gave me a work-from-home job in an international company that pays me well. Dahil doon, nakapag-ipon ako at nakakapag-contribute kahit papaano sa mga bayarin sa bahay.

Now, nag-resign na ako sa current job ko because I don’t see myself staying there long-term for various personal reasons. My last day will be this May, and honestly, namomroblema ako kung saan ako pupulutin after resigning, kaya since April 2026, active talaga akong naghahanap ng trabaho. I already submitted 50+ applications, pero puro rejection emails or no updates at all.

Then one company responded, and sobrang smooth lang ng hiring process. BPO siya with an AU client. Although hybrid setup siya with 2x onsite per week, go na ako kasi I’ve been praying for a role like this para makapasok sa AU market.

I hope ito na yung answered prayer ko — na magtagal ako rito, magkaroon ng healthy working environment, at magkaroon ng okay na salary growth and career progress. Ang dami ko ring nababasang good reviews about this company, and I hope maging very good experience din ito for me. God is so good.

Now, ang pinoproblema ko na lang ay kung kakayanin ko ba mag-travel from North Caloocan to Makati 2x a week as early as 4 or 5 AM for a 6 or 7 AM shift.

Tingin niyo, gaano katagal ang biyahe kapag Grab tuwing tag-ulan at ganyang oras? Mga magkano kaya toll fee plus pamasahe sa Grab or Joyride Car? Ang plan ko kasi is mag-Joyride motor kapag okay ang weather, then Joyride Car kapag pauwi or kapag maulan. Ayoko rin kasi ng multiple rides for various personal reasons, plus keri naman ng salary yung ganung planned travel.

Hindi muna ako magre-relocate since sabi naman nila possible pang ma-lessen yung onsite days once ma-regularize. Gusto ko rin mag-stay sa current place ko kasi ayokong tumaas nang sobra yung cost of living ko if lilipat ako sa Makati plus gusto ko sa gantong probinsya vibes.

Ang gastos kasi if magrerelocate pa to Makati for work plus biglang taas ng cost of living if ever lilipat from 16k monthly current expenses to 30k+. Work sched is 7 am to 4 pm. Tolerable po ba yung pagod sa byahe 2x per week? Irerevisit naman yung number of onsite days once regularized kaya baka mabawasan pa.

Tas if ever uulan, okay ba grab ride sa traffic papunta at pauwi? Sorry, ayoko po kasi ng ilang sakay pa plus may bitbit na laptop. Thanks po.

Hello. May incoming client interview ako for an AU accounting role. Ano po kayang usual na ieexpect kong questions from AU clients? More on technical ba or personality/work attitude? Possible ba na may on the spot assessment activity? Chill ba talaga sila compared sa local employers? Hybrid kasi yung setup nitong role and sabi ng HR possible na 2-3x onsite per week pero di pa sila sure sa sched talaga. Okay lang kaya itanong sa client if flexible yung onsite arrangement, like if possible i-compress yung onsite days instead na spread out every week? Example, straight onsite on certain weeks then mas maraming WFH days on others. Or baka hindi magandang itanong during client interview? Interested talaga ako sa role kaso medyo concern lang ako sa commute/relocation kasi medyo mahal cost of living sa Makati. Thanks in advanced sa mga sasagot. :)
