I have come down to 2 options , either nit allahabad cse or dtu cse , should I opt for dtu or nit allahabad , i need your guys opinion

My mains rank is 4761 ( home state up) , one of my friends is telling me to take cse in dtu , is taking cse in dtu a better option than taking cse in nit allahabad ? , your opinion and thoughts 🙏🙏
