Utility Bills

Hello people of Astoria - considering a move to the area and was wondering what your average monthly bill is for city utilities (water, sewer, trash); also what can be expected for gas/electricity? It would be a modest size home purchase, 1500 sq ft or less (ideally closer to 1k). I am currently in Boulder Colorado and my city utility (water, sewer, trash) bill is a minimum of $76 even if I use no water at all (basically that’s the minimum connection fee each month) and it only goes up with usage. Im around $135/month. As for your gas/electricity, In the summer months, I’m assuming it’s very little as the temperatures don’t really require AC or heat? Thanks for the insights and help!

OLED77C6PSA the same as OLED77C6H

I live in southern Baja, Mexico, and this tv is available on Liverpool’s website for 36,999 pesos, ~$2150 USD, this is all in, tax included, free shipping/pick up. This is a very reputable company so this isn’t a post about legit or not, my question is, is this the same as the c6h? All the research I can find says that it’s the same tv but just denotes that the PSA tv is Latin America/asia, versus the C6H being the US model. Is that right?

$2150 is a pretty good price for this it seems…greentoe is showing $1899 but I’m assuming plus tax? (Hard for me to drive a tv this big back from the states so the savings would have to be insane to justify it all)

Xkah battery

Got the xkah in October 2025, so a few months out of it being a year old - the battery will only charge to 80% no matter how long I leave it charging. Use to be 90 then 85, 82, now 80..I can finish a session of 50 minutes but it will turn off (dead battery) if I try and run a 90 min - anyone else having this problem?

Doesn’t matter what charger or cable I use, I have tried just about every combination. I use this once a day, basically everyday; was out of the country for 8 weeks but this has had about 225 sessions on it, give or take.
