I was told I belong here. 10 year progress.

I was always known as the “hair guy,” but got sober, kicked addictions, got fit, and started actually caring for my hair after it started falling out. Curl cream, vitamin D, a healthier diet, regular conditioning, nizoral shampoo, and detangler got my hair in the fine condition you see today. I started going grey in my early 30s, and now I guess I’m a Witcher.

[40] to [45] Alcoholic>Sober>Stoner>Fit>Glowing. A story in 5 images.

    1. It started during covid. With working from home and being bored all the time, I turned to alcohol to cope with the stress of the pandemic. I was drinking 2 bottles of wine a night. I started developing serious health problems, so I had to quit drinking alcohol. Dr told me if I didn’t stop, I was gonna go to an early grave.
    1. I finally got sober, got treatment and quit the booze for good. Got divorced, started working out again, found a new girlfriend. Everything seemed ok until…
    1. I started smoking weed, quit working out, once again boredom took over and I got hooked on vaping. It caused a new set of health issues so I had to quit. This set me back a bit. Got into therapy.
    1. Got dumped, and fell into depression, tried dating again, but failed. Decided to hit the gym and try improving and optimizing my looks. This pic is a few months after starting to work out again. Diet wasn’t locked in, and hadn’t tried any glowup techniques yet.
    1. Now. Diet is on point. Met a new lady and we are very happy together. Fixed my posture, got my sodium levels in check, cut out empty carbs, added tons of protein, work out regularly, walk a lot, skincare, haircare, styling, mewing, and lots of water. I get compliments almost every single day. People tell me i am “beautiful” regularly (or that I am AI, even though almost all of these pics are Lives), I get free stuff, and lots of smiles from women and men alike. It’s shocking sometimes.

[45] [M] 2024-2026 Glowup. What else should I do optimize?

I’m not sure what else I can do, I have locked in on a good daily routine and a much better diet. I mostly want to do something about my dark undereye area, which drags me down a bit.

I have posted on other subs and gotten zero feedback, anything helps. Thanks!

Where do I go from here? [45 M] (6 month Progress Feb to July 2026)

I have had a recent glowup from Feb to today these pics are all in chronological order. I do skincare, posture correction, got a better haircut, lost weight/keto, darkened my eyebrows, and worked on my fashion sense. I am going for a vampire/goth kind of look.

Am I maxed out? I don't know what else I can really do from here. My biggest issue remains my dark under eye circles and uneven eyebags. I dont know how to get rid of them, other than using concealer, which always rubs off too easily.

would rather not do surgery unless its minimally invasive.
