S201 how to property remove tray

I pickup a S201 for practically nothing because the tray isn't working. It will open about 75% of the way and close but then its not engaging the lift of the laser assembly. Im pretty sure it just needs some slight adjustments however this tray is designed unlike any of the other players I've encountered int he past.

I cant quite figure out how to pull the tray out. There is a clip on one side that doesn't actually clip on to anything and no clip on the other side. Nothing looks broken off either.

Been a couple years since I last ordered. Finally used up my 2500 mylites and halfbacks I ordered in 2023.

Their website has completely changed now and they only take orders on Thursday via phone apparently. Who owns E.gerber these days? Anyone purchased in the last couple months and if so how was. your experience

Toshiba CF30E50 - first 10 mins after cold boot it will play perfectly fine. But once the tv has been on for about 10 mins the image will jitter like in the video.

This has nothing to do with the source material being feed into the TV. I've already tested with a Sege Genesis, NES, SNES, 3do, Jaguar, Saturn, N64, VCR, Pioneer Laserdisc. I've test RF, S-video, and composite. Even on over the air broadcast channels (all snow these days) it still exhibits this behavior.

Just putting that out there before someone chimes in its the video source I assure you its not.

I'm comfortable working on the CRT just need to be pointed in the right direction of the possible culprit
