Does this seem legitimate and worth the price?
I saw this trilobite today and adore it, but I’d like to avoid spending too much if it’s not worth it. I was hoping for advice from someone who knows more than I do since I’m new to fossil collecting and usually only purchase inexpensive ones. Also, is it acceptable to ask the seller if the price is negotiable? Thank you in advance!

Journaling, the Protocol I’ve Chosen, and Meditation
Have any of you journaled to assist with introspection? If so, did you use specific prompts? What did you write about?
I’m going to begin my journey on Thursday by following the Fadiman Protocol. I was dosing using chocolate, but that didn’t go well. So, I’m starting over using capsules. I’m going to take 40-50 milligrams every three days for 4 weeks and then take 2 weeks off. I intend to do this indefinitely. I supposedly have the variety Penis Envy. I know this is a stronger mushroom, so I want to start low and adjust IF needed. Have any of you also followed a similar schedule?
I also intent to incorporate meditation. Any other suggestions?

Question - Self induced panic attacks and anxiety after taking microdose.
Hi everyone! I’m new to microdosing psilocybin. I’m currently taking about a 1/8 gram in a piece of chocolate. I’m going to be switching to capsules for a more accurate and potentially lower dose.
I find myself having panic attacks and anxiety since taking the microdose. I’m paying too close of attention to the way my body feels and the way I’m visually perceiving things. I have OCD, so I’m a pro at observing a sensation and then catastrophizing. I know the microdose is not causing the panic attack, but in the midst of the panic attack my brain is convinced that it’s the cause.
My intention is for microdosing to improve my over all wellbeing. I have quite a few physical and mental health issues and I feel like this is going to be a great tool in assisting me with utilizing CBT, DBT, developing my spirituality, and staying consistent with eating right and exercising. I’ve been making a genuine effort to develop new habits and learn about new ways of thinking, but I find myself quickly getting burnt out and not staying consistent in making changes. I know that progress isn’t linear, but I would like to find a way to make the setbacks less prolonged.
So, my question is: Have any of you experienced this situation and how did you handle it?
When I’m in a state of panic I truly believe all my worries are real and I don’t want my initial anxieties to prevent me from taking this medicine out of fear.
Can someone please advise me on what species these are? Are they all the same?
