My partner and I looking for a reliable Jellyfin library so we can use SyncPlay to watch movies together remotely now that Plex retired Watch Together.

We stream via iOS/Apple TV 4K, 128 go Ethernet and don't host our own server hardware. Would you be willing to set up two sub-accounts (or one shared login) for us on your Jellyfin server? We are happy to follow all server rules regarding stream limits. Thank you!

My partner and I use the new Strimr iOS app for long-distance movie nights from a shared friend's server
I tried last night, but I was stuck. Every time I try to host a watch room from my iPad/Apple TV, I get a "missing identity payload" error.
The twist: It works perfectly on her iPhone 15, but fails completely on my account.
What I’ve already tried:
Changed privacy to "Friends Only" & removed all profile PIN locks.

Forced a global password reset & signed out of all devices to clear old tokens.
Reinstalled Strimr and made sure device clocks are perfectly synced.

Since Strimr uses Plex token validation, does anyone know why Plex is refusing to hand over my account's authentication payload? Any hidden backend server settings or workarounds to fix this?

My partner and I are trying to navigate the struggle of watching movies together from different places, and regional streaming restrictions are absolutely killing our date nights. 😅
We’re trying to use the Strimr app's "Watch Together" feature so we can finally sync up our movie nights properly, but we're limited to just a phone and a tablet, and our current content options are pretty bare.
If anyone has a spare slot on their Plex server and wouldn't mind sharing the love with a movie-loving couple, we would be incredibly grateful! 🙏

Quick follow-up question: Does anyone know how to fix a ⚠️ missing identity payload error in the Strimr app?

My partner can create a Watch Together room perfectly from a shared server, but whenever I try to enter the code to join or create a session on my iPad, Apple TV, this error pops up and stops me. We are friends on Plex and both have access to the server. Any ideas on how to fix this token/identity issue? Please DM or reply here🙏
