Giving away sprites

I’ll be on right now for about an hour-hour and a half. I have all of the sprites. Not all are leveled up as I’ve been giving them away repeatedly, but they’re not bad to level up and master right now, especially with the campfire. If anyone needs any, just comment here or message. Happy hunting and happy last day of the season ❤️

Thank you and it was Graves 😭

Thank you to everyone here who has reached out and helped answer my questions. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos in 2020 and currently in the throes of a wrecked hyperthyroid phase. Well, until many of you insisted that I get tested for Graves. TRAb is still pending, but TSI is high. Thank you, again, for walking through this with me.

Severe labs. Has any here been severe hyperthyroid? How do I differentiate better that and a thyroid storm?

Hi all, I have Hashimotos and have never needed to be medicated. I currently don’t see an endocrinologist, but I have an appointment June 22.

My recent labs are as follows:
TSH: <0.005
T4 FREE: 3.61
T3: 359

Ultrasound shows-Thyroid: The background thyroid echotexture is diffusely heterogeneous and irregular. There is widely increased flow on color. No nodules

Endo and my PCP obviously know my numbers, but no one is concerned about Thyroid Storm except me. How do I know if this is a concern? My doctor did give me propranolol for my heart racing. I had previously taken three doses of metoprolol ER, but the racing heart has subsided so I don’t really want to keep taking beta blockers if I don’t need to.

Anyway, I’m just scared. Does Thyroid storm just creep up with labs like this?

Thank you
