Zimone, Infinite Analyst cEDH Deck

I know it will never be a great cEDH deck but I've won a game with it and I'm continuing to improve it.
No limit on the budget.
The deck generates resource advantage by playing a lot of X spells and then uses tutors and draws spells assemble its win-con. Win-cons are infinite mana engines such as Kinnan + Basalt and then using that mana to draw out the opponents. See the primer in the Moxfield link for more info on how it works.
I'm willing to change anything about the deck, other than the commander, of course.
I've played this deck at various casual cEDH events at LGS's in my area. The meta here around here is typical cEDH: blue farm, rogthras, sisay, ral, etali, etc. It does not do well against fast but resilient turbo decks or decks that do not cast many spells (e.g. Sisay or Ralph and Mikey). I think tuning the balance between mana ramp, card draw, and counter magic is what is probably needed next for the deck.
