1. Getting a client an existing topography before I get into grading for proposed home. I removed the contour border but still feel like the contours come to an abrupt stop. Obviously this is only really for aesthetics given there are no spot elevations outside of the topography extents. Has anyone successfully faded contours out. All I can think of is duplicating the surface and layering it, then clipping one surface to end earlier etc. It’s just a very irregular shape given the home is damn near in a canyon lol. Am I overthinking this?

2. Also has anyone ever used Lidar data. It seems great and can be accurate at Q0 but isn’t it kinda pointless? Would anyone ever create a grading plan based off lidar. Looking to implement lidar but I feel like it’s only use is for estimating elevations for places where a human can’t go like on top of a large hillside.

I have a mini-led Dell laptop and I really like the glossy screen for design work I do. My current monitors are just basic $150 Dell monitors that have a matte finish. I think the right answer is mini-led and oled but I also know those have a matte finish too. Sorry in advance if this is a dumb question.

I know there are snake repellents like Snake B Gone and also a vaccine (that doesn’t seem to be great). But overall, how many of y’all let your doggos roam freely in the front/backyard.

I usually let her roam freely and bring her in before dark. I know some folks never bring their dogs in because I hear them outside barking all night lol.

I think it was Dort on the Pistons who completely pulled down wendell and they didn’t award a flagrant foul? Like how was that not a flagrant foul

Also they WANTED TO AWARD 3 FREE THROWS FOR A “FOUL” in the 4th quarter for some nobody scrub on the pistons when none of our players were even close to the kid.

Am I insane? Or does that referee at the end need to be fired.
