2015 Touring buying help

Saw a 2015 Honda Pilot Touring listed with 156k miles priced at 13k with 2 owners( Florida and Georgia).

Carfax History:

-regular oil changes 5-7k miles interval

-brake fluid service (42k)

-ATF change (32k,61k)

-Timing belt (61k,127k)

-Drive belt (61k,142k)

-Coolant flush (127k)

-Front/rear brake and pads (142k)

-rear shock absorber replace (142k)

-alternator replaced (144k)

-no accidents

I havent seen the actual car yet but looking at the history, im leaning on checking and buying but just wanted to have ohers opinion. Aiming to keep it for another 100k miles. What other maintenance/replacements I need to keep an eye on this?

Help me decide '18 or '19

Im looking at two cars right now with identical price range and miles.

  1. 2018 Armada SV (128k miles) 1-owner, regular oil changes at 5k interval, minor damage on the rear priced at 14k usd

  2. 2019 Armada SL (110k miles) 2-owners rental (until 60k)and personal, prior CPO, 2 oil changes while rental and 5k interval for personal, ATF flush at 70k, battery changed, no accidents priced at 18k usd

Planning to keep the car for 5 years. We wanted a 2021 Armada but we arent ready to pay around 30k for that. Are those options good enough or should we wait and save for the 21?
