1/4 spacing?

1/4 spacing?

My dad and I gave a shot at installing the brick veneer for an outdoor kitchen we are building. It was definitely a huge learning curve but overall I think came out pretty good. Our spacing is much closer than I thought. I plan to mortar between them today but was curious what tool I could use to Jointer the smaller gaps? Any tricks y’all have seen or used?

Progress!

My dad flew down to help me with the majority of my outdoor kitchen build. Framing, cement board, and the countertops went super well but the brick veneer was a bit tricky since it was our first time. Hoping to finish up this week but my lower back is feeling ALL the pain

Gas line

Previous owner had this natural gas line ran and that’s how I plan to connect my new grill. Is all of this necessary? Do i need the large regulator if the hose line has a smaller regulator?

Steel studs?

Are these steel studs what I need for framing my outdoor kitchen? Local contractor has 28 leftover from a job and wants $100 for them all

Finishing material?

Building an outdoor kitchen here as the previous owner had electric, plumbing, and gas hookups installed. The plan was to go with thin brick veneer as the outer and to paint to match the house but was curious if anyone had ideas of anything else that would look good against the brick?

Full size brick?

My dad and I are in the planning stages of an outdoor kitchen off my house. We plan to use steel studs with cement board over. The original plan was to use brick veneer (very pricy) but found the matching full size brick for a crazy cheap price. Can I pay full size brick right on the outside of the cement board or is this not a good idea?

Cutting brick

Found some brick on marketplace extremely cheap. In the process of building an outdoor kitchen and wanted to use thin brick veneer but it’s pricy. Is it possible to cut down this brick and make my own thin brick or am I crazy for even contemplating it? I only need about 60 sq feet of it

A friend of my grandpa’s is getting rid of this scag 36 inch ride on mower as well as a 5x10 trailer with the tool box for $1700. Is it a good deal? Mower was bought by him in 2012 (I believe) and has all the maintenance history on it. Was only used for his personal property not a business.
