Still waiting for a Senior Supervisor callback from escalation
I’m in a MAJOR mess with Att. They went against my contract agreement and did not honor my confirmed trade in value. It was confirmed by receipt and multiple agents. Even the call notes say the same per the supervisor I spoke with on Saturday. They are billing me almost the full amount of the iPhone 17 pro, when I was guaranteed a 1100 trade in value.
The first excuse was that the credit takes 3 billing cycles. Well three cycles later, I’m only getting a tiny amount off ($9). Spoke with team lead on Saturday and he agreed that everything on my end is correct, however he couldn’t change it.
So here I am waiting for this “Supervisor” to call back.
So very upset. I have all documentation, bills, agreements, etc.
So much for a guarantee!!!!
