Film Forming on my Chrome Trim?
I wash my car weekly/bi-weekly and have waxed it every few months. I try to take care as much as possible but recently I noticed this film like thing forming on my chrome and dulling it. I attempted to try and get it off with some warm water and dish soap and it helps but it takes forever just to get the little patch in the image.
Does anyone have any insight to a process or product I should try to remove it?

Am I Stable Enough to get my toy car?
Hey everyone! First time posting here. I am 32M and a Mechanical Engineer. I am always trying to be super conservative with my money and since I am not entirely financially literate I worry if I am in a good spot.
Basically, I want to understand am I in a good spot where I can spend $8,000 to get myself my dream '94 Miata (I am 6'7" and I have owned 2 before and love them).
Salary: Net $72,000
401K: $222,000, I put 11% of my weekly paycheck into it
Roth IRA: $16,000
HYSA: $8,000
Cash on hand: $60,000 (I am planning on moving 20k to my HYSA)
Emergency Account: Investment account with $52,000
Debt 1: Car payment $600/month (3 payments left)
Debt 2: Mortgage $1700/month
I am lucky enough to have no student loans.
Social media and seeing people always buying stuff makes me feel like I am not as well off as I should be so I worry if I would be making a mistake now or just waiting. Any other financial advice would also be appreciated!
