AITA for yelling at my GF for coughing excessively?

I have a gf, shes sweet. She's funny and shes nerdy! What more could a guy want? Well we've been together for about 2 years now. And I love everything about her. EXCEPT HER EXCESSIVE COUGHING FOR LITERALLY NO REASON! like we could be talking or playing games or driving in the car and she just randomly starts coughing but not like someone who has allergies. More like someone who is acting like they are dying to get attention. And ive tried to remove any and all types of dust, and allergens. I know what shes allergic to and I make it a priority to keep things around her clean especially dust as we are BOTH allergic to dust. She's coughing right as i wrote this and its genuinely driving me insane! Yesterday I was driving, she was in the passenger seat. Its 2am amd I had just had enough of tje excessive coughing so I yelled at her and i told her she was a freak and to go to the f'ing hospital if she's not faking which i honestly thought she was. She said its probably asthma and shes not willing to pay just to be told she has asthma or something. I told her shes a grown adult and she needs to grow up and either go to the hospital or stop being dramatic. She cried so I backed off and we seemed fine but today I jokingly told her "you should really go to the dr, neymar." And she looked sad and went back to her room. I know she gets frightened when people yell at her because her parents were abusive and she has a trauma about doctors and I really do feel bad but it gets to a point and I feel like if shes not faking for attention then she really SHOULD go to a Dr.
AITA for yelling at her?
