7 Foot Tall Cutout of My Red Alien

This the antagonist of my novel whose name is Supreme Commander Kaelith Sothrak. He was drawn by my covert artist I just received the 7-foot tall cutout of him in the mail. I can’t wait to set him up at book signings and see people’s reactions😆

I’ve been looking for all kinds of ways to bring my science fiction universe to life. So far I’ve made some clothes, this cutout, and some custom drawn bookmarks for my book Age of the Titan. I hear that some authors make stickers but I’m curious what else anyone has done to make book promotion materials.

The only thing I slightly worry about is the cutout becoming a 7-foot tall sail and flying away to Neverland.

New box of hardcovers + bookmarks!

It’s been about a month since launching my science fiction novel and to celebrate I had the same artist who drew the book cover also draw bookmark designs. The male and female soldiers are some of the story’s main human characters while the red alien is the antagonist. I can’t wait to send these bookmarks to readers and offer them at book signings 😄

It is crazy to go from working on the book for two years to having your work in the world being read.

Despite all the setbacks and challenges, getting to publication has been well worth it in terms of the sense of fulfillment. I wish everyone the best of luck in their writing journeys 😄
