Hi, I'm having a problem with extreme ping spikes in Valorant exclusively. My ping is usually at 20ms but it sometimes jumps to up to 4000ms for a couple of seconds. This only happens in Valorant and for example on discord I can still hear my friends just fine so its definitely not my internet having lag. I use Ethernet on Windows 11.

I live in an apartment. I recently bought this beatiful Roland TD-316, but right when I tested it out, the neighbour behind the wall (2nd picture) immidietely rang my bell and started to threat me with the Police cuz the banging was driving her nuts. She is a huge bi*** and she will complain no matter what (I already had complaints about me literally talking to my friends when playing video games) but I want the banging to be at least a bit quieter so she doesn't call the cops every time I play. The soundproofing doesn't need to perfect but I want the banging to be at least way more tolerable.
Now, I already researched this and other subreddits and I found out that rockwool is the best. For me - that is out of the question, it's way too expensive and setting it up would take days considering the layout of my room + it would take way too much space.
Will putting these cheaper soundproofing mats on the wall(on the 2nd picture) ("cheaper mats" eg. from 3rd picture onwards) do the work? I also know that putting curtains around the ekit is a good idea, but what kind of curtains?
Have you got any more tips?
I already consulted my upstairs neighbour and it doesn't bother her at all, and I don't have anyone below me so I'm doing it only for the neighbour behind the wall. Please let me know, I dont wanna deal with the cops >-<!!!
Is the roland really worth the extra 300$? Or should I Save up a bit and just get the Strata Club? What are the main differences. Keep in mind that I don't have a hi-hat stand nor do I have a kick pedal so I'll have to spend money to get those for both of these kits
I'm wondering which mythic weapon skin to buy. I play all of these heroes so that doesn't really matter, but I do like all of them and I just wanna hear someone else's opinion to make a final decision
