I’m asking because my stepsons have been watching more recent episodes with my wife and I. for the most part, the episodes are edgy but not terrible for kids their age. I was just curious if anyone knew when exactly they began censoring the episodes, so I know how far back we can go without them getting hit with 30 f bombs a minute lol
I was like “I don’t remember him having a stutter… oh.”
I’m an actual idiot
first off, I’m blown away by this album. but after listening to it nonstop for the first few days after release, I tried something out when I noticed the opening of “mouthpiece” begins with some orchestral swelling.
Apple Music has a feature called automix, which admittedly is hit or miss. however, when putting the album on repeat and enabling automix, the end of “the mariner” blends seamlessly into the opening of “mouthpiece”.
I’m not sure if anyone else has brought this up. but I’ve since learned this is rumored to be part one of a double album, so it might not be by design, perhaps a happy accident.
anyway, I just thought it was a cool little thing!
which bands that are newer/more recently active do you feel would do justice to covering Iron Maiden?
It doesn’t necessarily even have to be a metal band, maybe a band or artist from another genre that you think could have an interesting interpretation of a classic Maiden tune.
I would have to choose Protest The Hero, which if you’ve never listened to them, go out of your way to check out their latest album “Within”.
Not only do I think the vocalist Rody has the power and range to capture the essence, the rest of the band are immensely precise and talented.
which bands would you choose? or, if you’ve heard a great maiden cover, drop the link!
Greetings! my family and I attended the show in holmdel NJ last night, unfortunately they didn’t seem to get any of the trading cards at the merchandise booth. does anyone know if they plan on selling these on his website, or if anyone has an extra set they would be willing to sell?
thanks in advance!
Howdy! I’m seeing weird al with my family on Sunday, my stepsons are extremely interested in the trading cards. they weren’t sure if all the cards in the set come in one pack or if they’re split between multiple packs. has anyone purchased them, if so, can you shed some light? appreciate y’all!
(picture for the extra attention lol)
howdy, dippers.
I’m a mailman (not that mailman) and I’m getting crushed with overtime today.
I could use a few solid episode recommendations I may have missed, to keep me entertained while I sit in beach traffic.
thanks in advance!
in another life, I used to photograph wrestling events. slide 2 was a photo I snapped of Masato Tanaka (honestly probably my most favorite photo I’ve ever taken). an artist who I only know as Akumaku recreated my photo in the AKI style. I’ll link their socials in the comments!
Has anyone purchased the enamel pin from the current tour? If so, can you post a close up photo in this thread? I was thinking about grabbing one but haven’t seen a clear pic of it. Thanks! 🪗
