I'm a member. Are there any meetings or anything around these parts that's gonna get anything done?

This scene from a show popped into my head and I can't for the life of me remember what it is from. Google is useless.

Most likely from a TV show, but could possibly be from a movie, although I don't watch too many these days. I can't quite remember if it was a comedy or drama, maybe a mix of both.

All I can remember is one of the main characters meets a hooker on the street in a sort of desolate suburb (I believe in the Midwest, but could be somewhere like Pennsylvania or New Jersey maybe?) and wonders how she makes money, and she says something about not getting a lot of business. Her pimp is then revealed to be her brother or husband, and gets mad at the main character and the hooker for leaving her spot and going somewhere, I think.

This is definitely from something recent, within the last 5-10 years, I'm fairly certain. Any help is much appreciated!
