Good day, I have been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea for about a month ago. Been using cpap for a month (about 1-2 hours every night) but has religiously used it past week for average of 5-7 hours every night… but my ahi is averaging also atleast ten… how to lower my ahi to less than 5.

I’m planning to give my son an Orient watch as a graduation gift for finishing middle school. I’ve been looking at the Orient Mako III / Kamasu with the metal bracelet.
I’m also thinking of getting a rubber strap for him so he can switch between styles depending on the occasion.
Would the Kamasu be a good choice for a teenager/young first-time watch owner? Also, does Orient sell official rubber straps separately, or do most people go with aftermarket straps?
