Where should I buy souvenirs in Istanbul?

Hi everyone! Last day in Istanbul and looking to do some souvenir shopping before heading home.
I’m looking for affordable:

-baklava and other Turkish sweets
-Turkish carpets/rugs
-A nice Turkish-style bag or travel bag to carry everything back home
-Other good souvenirs

Any bazaars or markets at reasonable prices? Any shops or areas I should check out (or avoid)?

Istanbul Cappadocia tour advice

Hey everyone!
I’m planning a Turkey trip in the first week of July and could use some advice.
My rough itinerary is:
2 days in Istanbul, Overnight bus from Istanbul to Cappadocia, Rent a car in Cappadocia, Explore for the day, Hot-air balloon the next morning, Explore some more, Overnight bus back to Istanbul, Bosphorus cruise and more sightseeing, Flight home the following day at 5 p.m.

A few questions:

  1. Istanbul to Cappadocia overnight bus**
Is Obilet the best place to book?
I’m choosing the bus mainly because my luggage may exceed domestic-flight baggage limits.
  2. Where should I stay in Cappadocia?
Would Göreme be the best base?
Any recommendations for clean, social and affordable hostels? I’m not necessarily looking for a crazy party hostel.
  3. Hot-air balloon booking
Since I’m going during the first week of July, should I book the balloon well in advance?
I’ve heard prices can change a lot. Is it better to book early, or wait until closer to the date for a possible lower price?
I don’t mind missing the balloon if the weather is bad, but I also don’t want to discover that everything is sold out.
Any trustworthy balloon-company recommendations where I can book.
  4. Car rental
Any reliable car-rental companies in Cappadocia?

Sorry for the number of questions,
Thanks in advance!

Turkey short itinerary

I got this out of my interests for doing a Turkey trip in late June / early July. Does this itinerary/logistics seem realistic or possible? Going for work and somehow got some extra days. Usually not much tired while travelling, will work like a motor while travelling, so if a bit tight no much worries won't exhaust much.🙃

Day 1 — Istanbul (night onwards free from work)

Sultanahmet night walk

Hagia Sophia + Blue Mosque at night

Stay in Sultanahmet

Day 2 — Istanbul → Cappadocia

Grand Bazaar in the morning

Then to Göreme (whats the best way there, flight ig yeah?)

Rose Valley hike

Uçhisar sunset

Day 3 — Cappadocia

Sunrise hot air balloon

Göreme Open Air Museum

Derinkuyu Underground City

Day 4 — Cappadocia →(via Trabzon ig?) Uzungöl

I don’t know how to reach Uzungöl

Is a bus possible after Day 3 overnight?

Lake walk + overnight stay

Day 5 — Uzungöl → Trabzon

Sunrise at Uzungöl

Back to Trabzon at night

Day 6 — Trabzon → Istanbul → back home

Early morning flight to Istanbul

Evening international flight home

Is this possible? Please suggest realistic ways to do it, preferably somewhat budget-friendly but flexible. Is there anything to keep in mind pls?

Car wash inside and out?

How much does an inside and outside car wash for an suv usually cost? The car is only a little dusty, but I need to return it to my friend and want it cleaned. Any good car wash not thaaaat expensive recommendations between Dubai and RAK, preferably near E611 or E311? Also, how is AutoPro and what do they usually charge for an suv? I tried calling them but couldn't get through.
