Very concerned, any idea what this is?

I have Tiny hair grass, Anubias nana and Cryptocoryne in mind but i have no idea how to place them and how to bring it all together, thank you

P.s. It's 11L tank, I know that it's mandatory for a 5 gallon tank but i compensate by changing 30%of the water every 3 days.

I don't have a heater because I live in chennai where the temperature is hot hotter and even hotter and the temperature doesnt fluctuate almost at all in my room, around steady 27-28°C
