Looking for an experienced business partner.

My friend and I recently started an F&B manufacturing business. We already have production running and have started selling, but we’re still in the early stages. Right now, it’s just the two of us handling everything, no employees yet.

Since we both have full-time 9–5 jobs, we’re looking for a hands-on business partner who genuinely wants to help build and grow the business with us. We’re open to giving a significant ownership stake to the right person because we’re looking for someone who will contribute, not just advise.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is hands-on and enjoys solving operational problems.
- Has mechanical aptitude, someone who’s comfortable working with machines, troubleshooting equipment, or has experience with carpentry, fabrication, or similar practical skills.
- Knows how to sell and isn’t shy about approaching potential clients and building relationships.
- Can help improve operations, develop strategies, and make the business more efficient.
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and is excited about growing a business from the ground up.

If this sounds like you, or you know someone who might be a great fit, I’d love to connect and chat.

No one warned me about starting a business.

No one warned me that starting a business can be the most stressful thing ever.

I have a degree in business. My program was focused on being an entrepreneur, and I was surrounded by inspiring founders and business owners.

Now I started a business. I have a business partner who is also as clueless as me about how to navigate this business world. We both work 9am-5pm on top of this.

I believe in my business. I just find it hard to navigate all these without anyone’s guidance or without full attention. Not gonna lie, sometimes I just want to sell this business off or give the ownership to someone who is passionate about managing a business.

It’s so hard…

Looking for Business Partner in Taguig

We just recently started an ice candy business to supply sari-sari stores and other establishments.

Since me and my business partner work full-time, it’s hard to handle the business alone. We haven’t hired anyone as well and haven’t done any marketing. However, we were able to sell to clients inquiring via page.

I believe that the business has a potential, but we can’t maximize yet considering our instances.

If you are interested in partnering with us, please send me a message.
- Preferably from Signal Village Taguig / Hagonoy
- Very hands on
- Knowledgeable in business (can’t partner with beginners, sorry)

Thanks.

Started an Ice Candy business in a rainy season. Please try us!

Hello! We are a newly opened business where we manufacture ice candy for reselling, personal consumption or events.

Actually, we were planning to launch this last summer but supplier issues pushed it back to just this week. It’s already rainy season so it’s a struggle to get clients online. We haven’t gone store to store yet to find resellers bcs I’m a bit mahiyain but I’ll try soon 🥹

We would love to partner with sari-sari stores, karinderyas, schools, canteens, sports events and any events. We don’t have any clients atm so leads are appreciated too! 🥺

If you want to buy for your own personal consumption, you can too!

My mom made this recipe and we’ve received some good feedback about it.

What is the reality of state vs private universities?

I am the eldest and I have a sister who’s just entering college. I graduated from the blue school, thanks to my scholarship. I was able to land a good job offer as a fresh grad and I’ve noticed how important your university is in starting your career (at least for my industry which is business). Management Trainees usually get students from Big 4 and it’s the reality. When I had my internship too, the people I was with were graduating students of Big 4 or UAAP.

Now, my sister only passed DLSU but wasn’t able to land a scholarship. We cannot afford to pay the tuition in that school. If we try to, we’ll be left with not much room to save.

Now, my sister’s second choice is PUP. But I was thinking — perhaps we can afford a lower tier private school like FEU or Adamson or other UAAP schools.

My question is: Is there a difference in terms of quality of education and career development between studying in private (UAAP) vs state university?

Please enlighten me. No hate please. I know I’m a bit out of touch with stuff like this so I want to learn.
