Need advice on how to handle getting packages with damaged boxes for collectors items. I recently bought a pretty expensive collectors item of off Amazon. Received it but the package was really badly damaged. The product itself was good but because they shipped it in this plastic material envelopes, the box got pretty banged up ruining it's value. Luckily, I was able to get a return and bought another one but again the second one arrived in the same situation.

What should I do? I dont see any option for them to upgrade packaging. I dont want to ruin my Amazon relationship by having to ask for refunds over and over again and also they're probably going to ship the damaged item to some poor bloke.
